Hmisc is one of the heaviest dependencies of serofoi, yet it is used only once, and for a relatively simple task.
In general, *misc packages do not make good package dependencies because they are a mix-and-match of many different functions without a common theme or purpose.

It seems there are many low-dependencies alternatives to Hmisc to compute binomial confidence intervals (https://stackoverflow.com/q/21719578/4439357, https://stackoverflow.com/q/17802320/4439357), should we try and pick one of them instead, or write our own code for this simple task?
