  • Fix logging when reads and writes come in simultaneously (#4)

Compatible with Windows XP or later (32-bit and 64-bit).

These binaries are unsigned and therefore require Test Mode AND "Disable driver signature enforcement" at boot-up under 64-bit Windows versions.
32-bit operating systems are not affected by this Windows limitation.
