this commit fixes some bottlenecks in the reasoning by removing hasSubprocess restrictions and importing a non-inferred version of emmo.
- Update the w3id.org namespace to reflect the latest EMMO guidance
- Import the new chemical substance domain ontology
- Fix bug related to subclassing of membranes
- Remove redundant property declarations from Protege
- Create a new pre-inferred version
- remove material.ttl, which is now replaced by the imported chemical substance domain ontology
- split contributing guidelines into its own markdown file
