Make number of segments dependent on the angle #129

Hi @emmanuelparadis,

this makes the number of segments in curve in plot.phylo(tree, type="fan") proportional to the angle. Currently it is fixed to 100. This reduces the number of segments which need to be printed considerably especially for larger trees.
Plotting is one the one hand much faster and also file sizes are much smaller, whereas the plots are hardly distinguishable.
