nice one, this all looks uncontroversial to me.
Caveat: I haven't gone whole hog and used this changeset to generate a new addon
I did have a peek at NullVoxPopuli/eslint-configs@v2.2.35...@nullvoxpopuli/[email protected] and can confirm zero crypto miners ✅

This PR only upgrades the lint related dependencies for the blueprint itself.
I'll do a separate followup PR for upgrading the dependencies within the
files/*.If you want to review by commit, the commits hopefully make sense.
