Supported twiki export format (default keys are commented out and hopefully not final...)

For purely selfish reasons, I would like to have support for pandocs twiki format in ox-pandoc.
I added some placeholder keybindings in the (commented out)
org-pandoc-menu-entry. I didn't find any free keys on the keyboard, so I used some umlauts, but I'd be very happy if you have any other ideas for those...
