[#194] Rule no_scaling performs a short run gathering QC metrics and generating only unscaled bigWig files.
Improvements & fixes
[#191] Better reports: Failed barcodes still make it to the final report, final figures layout has been also improved. Barcode sequence now carried to final stats_summary.txt file.
