This adapts the label syncing workflow to changes in the upstream workflow in element-meta (which the element-web workflow calls). Docs for the process can be found here. Once this lands, the idea is to execute it manually once (which won't write anything because of
WET: false) and then copy the labels that this repository has over element-meta intolabels.yml.This change is marked as an internal change (Task), so will not be included in the changelog.
