  1. Look at the sidebar when it has rooms.
  2. Observe circular icons with a flat side on the bottom.
  3. Also observe "public room" icons not being centered in their cut outs.

Example (cut offs and misalignment are subtle, need to zoom in quite far):

This is when using Element Desktop. Or do you mean the Electron environment?

I've also submitted the debug logs.

Ah, it's because of my DPI, anytime it's 100-101, 103-104, 106-107, etc, it causes the icon's to cut off and the public status to misalign. (Also of note, I'm using a 1440p monitor, so it could be my resolution)

Unfortunately, when using 102, 105, or 108 as the DPI, the home button's icon then becomes misaligned; it seems this issue is generally caused by DPI messing with Element's alignment in one way or another.

I also checked if changing DPI fixes #22852, but it didn't; default user icon letters are always offset regardless of DPI.

Just confirmed, changing my resolution from 1440p to 1080p did not fix the issue, things still appear offset and misaligned by roughly the same amount, so unfortunately I can't pin it down to my resolution.

Also, changing the font Element uses (nor changing the font size) doesn't fix the issue.
