ABIF stands for “aggregated ballot information format”(i2). As of May 2021, it has been undergoing discussion on the /r/EndFPTP subreddit and on the EM-list.(EM-list: e1 e2)(reddit: r1)
Everything associated with ABIF as of right now (Monday, June 28) is very ad hoc. See Planning for more about the plan for ABIF.
