feat: new cart hook

Describe your changes

• Replaced old interface for useCart with tanstack powered version
• Added entry to docs to explain how to show products in a frontend app
• Fixed the version of shopper hooks and common libs used in d2c schematics
• Added tanstack powered hooks for shopper operations in the generated storefront
• Removed payment gateway register as the new style of payment used by storefront doesn't need it
