## Summary

Closes elastic#194840

This PR add pretty-printing support for list literal expressions. For
example, this query:

```
ROW ["..............................................", "..............................................", ".............................................."]
```

will be formatted as so:

```
ROW
  [
    "..............................................",
    "..............................................",
    ".............................................."]
```
