@amyjtechwriter I notice that in the 8.11 Kibana release notes the "Enhancements and bug fixes" are showing up as a separate page.

To fix that I think you need to add a [float] tag here.

Oh hang on, I'm now not sure if that is by design. Looking at older major releases (8.6.0 and 8.5.0) and they display like that as well. For 8.10.0 there isn't a separate page for Enhancements and bug fixes, so maybe I've made a mistake there.

@gchaps Do you have a preference on the toc/display here that I can follow going forward? Is it best to keep everything in one section or separate out Enhancements and bug fixes?

'Enhance and bug fixes` should show up on a separate page. That page should also be included in the TOC. It currently does not.

The 8.10.0 release notes also need updating. Enhancements and bug fixes should be on a separate page and also appear in the TOC.

8.9.0 release notes and earlier look good.
