[Cloud Security] Rules table changes - Phase I

Summary

Implement a new table component for the rules page. Most of the changes will revolve around removing features which are no longer relevant after changing the grouping aggregation from integrations to benchmarks. As with the previous tasks, additional features will be added later after the core changes will be merged.

1. Enable navigating to the Rules table page by clicking on the benchmark name in the Benchmark table
2. Change the back button text to Benchmarks
3. Remove the Manage integration button
4. Change the page title to include the benchmark icon + name. Note: we should consider to also add benchmark's version
5. Remove the shared values UI which used to display common integration values. We can also convert the values to now display shared Benchmark information, like version and applicable integrations. consult with product.
6. Note that if this instance of SharedValues will be removed, we can remove this entire component from the code base

Out of scope

We want to introduce a thin version of the table first and add the other smaller features after the main changes are done.
