Write serverless tests analog to x-pack/test/functional_with_es_ssl/apps/triggers_actions_ui/details.ts 3 last describes: 'Alerts', 'Alert Pagination', 'Execution log'. Do it after Alert table on rule details page changes project. (#168472)

Serverless functional tests for rule details on Search.

I did not copy all rule details tests to serverless. Some of them will
be copied after soon rules changes:
