This PR does the following:

  • Makes sure we explain all of our data management tools in one place
  • Makes a home for "architecture" concepts so we can pull them out of our settings and API references, and moves selected topics into it (this area will grow as we clean things up)
  • Extracts some key docs into the new architecture section
  • Enhances the "high availability" overview because I did the work in another PR and it's salvageable
  • Unburies CCR because it's not just for high availability

salvages whatever was usable from #117853 - more to come
