Briefly, what does this PR introduce?

This adds code 'dis/analysis/vertexing.cxx' for vertexing benchmark studies in DIS events. A small update to 'dis/config.yml' and new rule has been added to 'dis/Snakefile' to run this code.

The full benchmark can be run locally using,

snakemake -c1 results/epic_craterlake/dis/10on100/minQ2=1/vertexing

Please add this to detector_benchmarks instead, there is an existing DIS study https://github.com/eic/detector_benchmarks/tree/master/benchmarks/tracking_performances_dis
