FillCalcWin first release

This application will run only on a Windows desktop system and requires .NET 4.8.
How to install:

• download the FillCalcWin.zip https://github.com/eianlei/FillCalcWin/releases/download/first/FillCalcWin.zip
• Unzip the FillCalcWin.zip
• Then run setup.exe.
• It will install .NET 4.8 for you if needed.
• Windows 10, May 2019 Update, (version 1903) and newer have .NET 4.8 pre-installed.
• Older Windows systems need to upgrade .NET to 4.8.
• The oldest supported version is Windows 7 SP1.

is it safe?

Newest browsers will complain that this is unsafe, Windows will warn you too.
But no worries, this is safe. The source code is here, so you can read it through to see for yourself.
With proper tools you could even rebuild this.
