FillCalcWin 2nd release

How to install:

download the FillCalcWin.zip https://github.com/eianlei/FillCalcWin/releases/download/2nd/FillCalcWin.zip
Unzip the FillCalcWin.zip
Then run setup.exe.

This release adds:

• Van der Waals equation
• UI polished
