This PR updates

tryton to v7, and
postgres to v16

Further to that,

I added a postgres healthcheck, which makes starting up less noisy by avoiding connection errors to the database.
the initial setup is now simpler, as the upgrade migrates the database already, so all that is left to do is to set the admin password.
