gitignore: add hide-defaults-note and a few more files

Add hide-defaults-note to the .gitignore file to prevent people from commiting it by mistake. Also add the Eclipse .settings folder. Also ignore all the .*project file (IDEs typical pattern for project files) Signed-off-by: Alberto Escolar Piedras <[email protected]>
