Unit tests require a CurrentThreadScheduler to be used, this was overriding that, causing intermittent test failures.

Unit tests require a
CurrentThreadSchedulerto be used, the platform registrations were overriding that, causing intermittent test failures as commands were being scheduled on the dispatcher.
