Package for parsing aveva marine gen files. And tool for generating dxf files from aveva marine gen files (for now, only plate parts)

• remove useless fields from structs
• make dxf package concurrent-safe or find replacement
• add tests
• replace current implementation of bevel text placement to place text always inside a cutting contour
