chore: remove obsolete .gitlab directory

Currently, the repository still contains some files from an ealier time when the project was still contained within private GitLab repository. This PR performs some cleanup by removing the .gitlab directory that is a leftover from that period of time.

I think merging updates like this is fine 👍

Even for other PRs I put it in your hands to decide IF you need/want another pair of eyes looking at.
I guess time will show who is going to become active in dart_wot.
