PMC will soon require SFTP for all deposits. Currently FTP is supported by Deposit Services, but will soon need SFTP in order to support depositing to PMC. No timeline was given by PMC, but was described as urgent.

Current PMC FTP site: ftp-private.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
PMC SFTP site: sftp-private.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

May need to upgrade the EC2 testing FTP server to support SFTP in staging: pass-test-pmc-ftp-server
