Currently says: "VerifyBAMID detects sample contamination and/or sample swaps."

I'm not understanding how it can detect a complete sample swap? i.e. no contamination, just that sample A is labelled sample B.

It can detect swaps using external genotypes, but we don't use it in that way so it's a bit misleading to describe it in that way here.

This should be changed

This is a config issue and needs to be fixed for each assay config (https://multiqc.info/docs/#order-of-modules). Issue will be moved to 001_reference where the files live
