In particular this two envs: LIVE_STORAGE_COST_MONTH and ARCHIVED_STORAGE_COST_MONTH

Hi @JasonLing95 Does the PR address all the env variables you wanted documenting?

Could you expand more on LIVE_STORAGE_COST_MONTH and ARCHIVED_STORAGE_COST_MONTH and there's another env not listed USER_COLOUR_DICT but seems to be in the code
