The "Add Stuff" Update

May 29, 2023

  • Scammer detection now works as intended. Begone!
  • Implement Gaunter's glyphapi in order to retrieve various information about probabilities related to Glyphs. You can investigate the code for yourself at https://github.com/lrobt97/glyphapi. Even I don't get it. Technical!
  • A multitude of things have now been altered in order to reflect the new Reality Update! Get real.
  • Things are just better. Excluding the code, of course.
  • Instead of just early Reality content, all sorts of late Reality content, such as charged Infinity upgrades, Effarig + Cursed + Reality glyph information, and altered glyphs now make appearances! Call me Houdini!
  • Instead of just late Reality content, all sorts of early Reality content, such as Automator Point information, the aforementioned glyphapi commands, and beautifying + improving early commands are now in! Call me Houdini!
  • A new role has been added to Antimatter Dimensions, the ADAB Updates role, which I can use to ping you (which I am) about updates (like this one) or outages (like the one that will probably happen). This introduces a new command, /rolerequest, which has also spelt the end of the /helper command. Use /rolerequest role:Helper to get this role now!
  • Dubiously improve code, like rewiring shorthand commands to their fathers. Mothers? Hard to tell.
  • New buttons now exist on the EC command to see previous and next ECs in the order, which is really nifty. This one has been begging to be added for a while, so here you go.
  • Old, outdated, and perhaps useless commands are now removed in order to give us some room relative to the cap of 100 commands. Commands /iugo, /eep, /helper, /invertedtheme, /bushism, and /time have all been removed, lowering us back down to 89 commands out of 100., Which, considering that AD isn't getting more updates, might not be important at all!
  • Fix various typing issues! Also technical!

  • The /reportmessage command now requires you to be in the same channel as the message you are reporting. Makes some sense, I guess? This technically fixes a bug with the command so there.
  • I'm calling this version 5 for some reason because I was tired of being on 4. Also, this is an incremental game after all, and people like big numbers. Also, this is a nice update and it feels right. Yes, this bot is ancient, be glad it hasn't eroded away or something. I'm not an archaeologist.
  • You have probably already seen the vast majority of these changes as when I feel they are stable, they are pushed to the public bot. However, they technically weren't released yet, until now. Versions are mostly for me, but now they can be for thee. Enjoy!
