  1. Add multidev endpoint to Azure app registration endpoint here: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_RegisteredApps/ApplicationMenuBlade/Authentication/appId/bd96b781-9ba4-44ab-ab2f-6a5b8034ed93/isMSAApp/
  2. Add multidev to line 70 of ./web/modules/custom/portland/src/Routing/RouteSubscriber.php
  3. Cache rebuild
