First Impressions

This is the code at the point where I published my related blog post: Which Multi-platform framework should I use to write my app? Let's try .NET MAUI. At this point, I have a working version of a simple beat counter app that is viable for reviewing. This is still purely experimental code, so I'm creating a "release" to have a tag to reference in the post.
