Remove note docs and fix LaTeX in docs

This PR:

• Removes the note docs (migrated to the wiki)
• Updates the lib.rs (including updating the CI batch and Dusk nomenclature)
• Fixes LaTeX in our docs
• Removes the code of conduct (will fallback to the org one found here
