Updating example code to create Account Admin with the child api_hostname per the API documentation
Description
This change updates the get_billing_and_telephony_credits example to create AccountAdmin using the child account api hostname.
This is how the API documentation specifies this API should be used. https://duo.com/docs/accountsapi#using-accounts-api-with-admin-api
Motivation and Context
This updates the examples to match the API documentation. This will better set up customers for success going forward.

I ran this code and saw this example completed successfully.
