ccminer-dyn 1.0.0

This is the initial release of ccminer-dyn with argon2d support.

Extract the zip file, edit mine.bat and insert your own wallet address and pool server and then run it.

Windows binary file has been built with CUDA 10.0. You need to update your Nvidia graphics driver to the latest version in order to use it. Also, make sure you have enough virtual memory. The virtual memory must be set to the total amount of allocated GPU memory on all devices.
Notice that you can use -i/--intensity to manually set intensity(1-40) and control memory usage. More intensity means more memory per device.
