SIM 1.3 rev. 140819 (Update-5) released on August 19, 2014

This is big release that includes new compact Ribbon buttons arrangement, bug fixes and new small features. Invisible, but very important change is related to addressed manifest engine that now supports solid merging logic that allows writing manifests to custom modules and packages.

Note, there are a lot of small fixes that are not detailed in release notes.
