A fork of the qmap R package for Statistical Transformations for Post-Processing Climate Model Output.

All credit for the original code should go to Lukas Gudmundsson. I simply have made edits to improve speed and functionality.

Goals:

• Improve performance
• Add test infrastructure
• Fix error message typos
• Add resampling with replacement to bootstrapped methods
