This is the Doltgres side of the super type demonstration implementation. Practically zero-percent of this code will make it into Doltgres. Instead, this serves as a sort of "implementation guide" to see what kinds of changes a super type could potentially need. This is a "working" implementation, albeit an incorrect one (incorrect results, etc.) as it has taken every shortcut possible since it's not all necessary for demonstrative purposes.
