• Option for generation ftp links instead of http links (thanks to Jacq)
• Option showsize and showdate show the size and date of a file.
  They replace tableshowsize and tableshowdate which are still
  supported but which are deprecated now. showsize and showdate
  are working with all style options: list, olist, page and table (thanks to Jacq).
• Option to generate random links with timestamps.
