Very basic one:
No additional tests needed, it's just a "wrapper" of RhinoCommon, with a little help of numpy
I wonder now why we don't do that in the DFNormalSegmentator directly (for example with a toggle "colorize cloud") but since the issue said "new component" and I didn't remember if there was a specific reason why, I did as said in the issue.
