Refactor AzureAd library and remove unused code

Removed several classes and configurations related to Azure AD authentication setup and streamlined the codebase. The changes include deleting obsolete files, reducing complexity, and improving maintainability. Ensured that the refactoring aligns with the current authentication requirements and dependencies while excising unnecessary components. This clean-up eliminates outdated patterns and prepares the library for future updates and enhancements. Resolves: #12345 (if applicable)
