Updated version, projectUrl, and licenceUrl
Updated version, projectUrl, licenseUrl and date details on the package specification. Merge pull request #522 from Arietriss/patch-2
Updated the package manually to the current version 3.82.0. Due to the use of deferred population it is no longer possible to scrape the distribution page directly to obtain version updates. Making an interim manual update to get the package to the latest version.
Checksums were no t bein gvalidated on package install. The url had been updated to reflect that the binary was no 64-bit but the corresponding changes had not been made to the checksum and checksum type parameters.
