End of Version 0.3 Life

This release marks the end of the version 0.3 line of the safe personal database.

The incoming version 4 is very different and will bring in

• multi shell concurrent usage
• a new and improved book id derivation algorithm
• the ability to export and import credentials to and from json
• the abilit to use multiple books in the same shell
• removal of salt data from the possibly public crypt files
• refactored software in an OO style
• massive simplification of use case software
• the concepts of editVerse, readVerse, editChapter and so on
• better interface design and information presentation
• simpler init use case without the need to provide a filepath
• the concept of branches (instead of sessions)
