This notebook demonstrates concepts around raster and vector processing, STAC, COGs, dask, ODC, Geocube, Lonboard...etc. Uses Senitnel-2 and admonistrative boundaries provided by SatSure.

Looks good to go! great work on getting the zonal stats combined with field boundary, I see it adding a lot of value for participants in the hackathon.
