- removes effect that was firing /video2GIF on every keystroke (which is mentioned here: Error right after GIF recorded #11)
- rename "video" to "gif" to make var naming a bit easier to follow
- adds concept of the isGifProcessing so user cannot proceed to the next steps until each gif is ready
