We need to keep the test as a reminder that the package infrastructure needs to be updated to modern standards. That is part of a larger discussion on technical debt. But for the purposes of this PR, you can ignore the test. |

Simple PR to add the preliminary set of Intermediate-Band Imaging Survey (IBIS) filters.
Only failing test is when testing against Python/3.12 because
imphas been fully deprecated; not sure how to remove this particular test.
