This PR addresses #175.
In addition, @arjundey pointed out that some of the adopted rest wavelengths don't match NIST, so this PR also includes changes to some rest wavelengths (and updates the reference documentation to be more explicit about which lines came from which wavelength).
Finally, the data model documentation has been updated to match the current line-list and to fix a couple errors.
