This pull request adds the support for big-endian platforms (like
armeb,ppc64beands390x).A readme file is also added with information on where the binary blobs come from. I encourage the maintainer of this repository to audit if the binary files are copied from the Google repository to avoid the contributor smuggling specially crafted data into Deno (i.e. avoiding another
xz-like event).
