Debcrafter was previously not putting `dbc_go` in other maintainer
scripts which was fixed in the latest version. Further, `nbxplorer`
introduced a database in later version and this requires special
handling which was implemented in debcrafter and is used here.

The authoritative build machine use `/home/user/cadr-build`, not
`/home/user/cadr-build/build`. This was probably source of
non-determinism.
