0.2 fix for FreeNAS 11.2-BETA1 and move to HTTPs

iscsi_lunid is now required for FreeNAS 11.2-BETA1 v1 API. (grr)
merged in some code that didn't make it ... move http to https, ignoring verification of SSL certs.
