Extend status masternode command with detailed info about enabled and total nodes and fix payment queue calculation algorithm

What was done?

• Removed enabledCount in masternode status scope
• Added masternodeEnabled, masternodeTotal, evonodeEnabled, evonodeTotal in the masternode status scope
• Fixed payment queue calculation algorithm ((Dash Core wallet) mismatch between payment queue position for Masternodes/Evonodes and number of enabled Masternodes+Evonodes in Tools/Information dash#5528)

• Removed scope.nodeState.enabledCount in status masternode (replaced with scope.masternodeEnabled
