The original code said:

ArduinoJson does not allow to set number of decimals for floating point data - neither does MQTT Dashboard...
Therefore the JSON string is created manually.

This is a humble attempt to make it work using ArduinoJson's serialized() within the publishWeatherdata() function. It has not been tested, so it may well not work as intended.
